Refunds & Cancellations
Coaching cancellation and book refund policy.
Coaching
Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Digital books
Digital book purchases are non-refundable after secure delivery.
Physical books
Refunds or replacements are available for damaged, defective or incorrect orders. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reasonable proof of the issue.
